 It is important to repeat back the room reservation information at the end of the telephone call.  And remember when asking for information it can sometimes come across demanding, so remember to be polite when asking and to be patient.  

在挂电话之前,重复客人的房间预订信息非常重要。当你询问的时候,可能会引发客人的更多问题,这时切记要礼貌耐心的回答。
